For our "honeymoon", we spent two weeks in Portugal.  Our vacation began in Lisbon, where we stayed at  the amazing York House, a former convent, turned hotel.  From there, we went to visit the small town and beautiful castle at Obidos, and then onto the cold but peaceful beaches of Ericiera, the Lisbon coast.  We then went to Sintra for some serious sightseeing.  Unfortunately we both ended our vacation sick with stomach bugs Setabul.  Even if we didn't get to see much, we stayed in a nice place!  Among the highlights of our trip were the exquisite historical monuments turned hotels, called Pousadas.  We stayed in one in Obidos and Setabul.  I didn't much feel like taking photos after all that smiling and posing at the wedding, but I did manage a few!  (check them out by clicking on the links above).
